Do we offer exchanges and refunds?

We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn or undamaged products. The cost of returning an item for a refund or exchange is at your expense unless the items were shipped incorrectly or are faulty. Please be aware that for an exchange you will incur a new shipping cost.

How long will a Personalised Alphabet Print take?

The lead time for a Personalised Alphabet Print is 1-2 weeks.

What information do we require?

When purchasing a Personalised Alphabet Print please include the name you would like on your poster in the comments section when finalising your order.

Are the Personalised Alphabet Prints framed?

All our Personalised Alphabet Prints are printed on high quality coated 160gsm paper.

To save you money we do not not sell the Personalised Alphabet Print framed, however the print sizes are designed to fit a wide range of A4 or A2 size frames. We post our prints out in carefully packaged tubes to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Please take care when opening the tube and taking the print out of the tube.

What are our safety standards?
